I wasn’t allowed on the flight. What should I do?

Before all else, find your airline’s stand at the airport. The airline representatives will let you know your options. They may allow you to exchange your ticket for a fee right there and then.
If the airline representatives can’t help, then you’ll have to contact the ticket seller. If the airline tells you to contact the seller, then contact them and find out what options the airline offers for your fare, be it a fare change or refund, free of charge or for an additional fee.
Important: if you missed the first flight segment and had a return ticket or your route included a layover, then your following flight segments will be cancelled. Sometimes it’s possible to ‘save’ them shortly after the flight departs. The ticket seller will also help you with that.

Why can’t WayAway return my ticket for me?
WayAway doesn’t sell flight tickets. It’s a service which finds the best flight options, but you pay for them through agencies and airlines. More specifically, this is how our service works: 1. You open the WayAway app, select your destination and travel dates, and press ‘Search flights’. 2. You select the ticket you like best and press ‘Buy’. 3. At this point you’re redirected to the passenger details form page and you buy your ticket from the seller.
